Video Learning Objective: Discuss the leadership style of companies that became "great."
Course Description: A true continuous improvement culture can only be developed with leadership that is humble and not ego driven. Leaders need to guide and coach, challenge, understand that employees make mistakes, and avoid micromanaging.
Demonstrating leadership attributes on a daily basis, including being a strong but humble leader, is important to support a culture of continuous improvement. But how do you do it? We don’t just wake up one day and say, ""Today, I will be humble."" It starts with understanding the attributes of an effective leader, the value of humble leadership, what that looks like, and how to begin changing your own behaviors to become a more humble leader.
