Course Description: "Ensuring employee competency is something we all know we should do and it’s a requirement of any ISO-based Quality Management System, but we seldom do a good job. Learn specifically how to use Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instructions (JI) to assist in creating and deploying effective training. The development of effective training via TWI Job Instructions is dependent on two key inputs—the job breakdown sheet and the basic teaching pattern. These are interdependent. It's the combination of this document and teaching process that makes training effective and results in highly competent employees. This course was filmed in a classroom in order to illustrate certain points best made through instructor/student interaction.
